How to delete your FX Help account

You can request deletion of your FX Help account and associated data at any time, through either of the two channels below. Both result in the same deletion. You do not need to be a paying customer or signed-in to request deletion — you only need to identify yourself by the email or Telegram ID you used to register.

01Option A — via the Telegram bot

  1. Open the FX Help bot on Telegram: @FXHELPAUTO_bot.
  2. Send the command /delete.
  3. The bot will ask you to confirm. Reply YES to proceed.
  4. You will receive a confirmation message once deletion has been queued.

02Option B — via email

  1. Send an email to fxhelp247@gmail.com with the subject line “FX Help account deletion”.
  2. Include the email address or Telegram ID associated with your account so we can locate and remove the correct record. (No screenshots of ID documents required.)
  3. We will respond within 5 business days to confirm the deletion has been completed.

04What we retain (and why)

A small set of operational records is retained in anonymised form (with no reference to your identity, email, or Telegram ID) for a maximum of 24 months:

We do not retain your IQ Option credentials, your trade history, or any other personally-identifiable data after the deletion request is fulfilled.

05What about the IQ Option side?

FX Help only deletes data stored by FX Help. Your underlying IQ Option brokerage account, your trade history with IQ Option, and any funds held there are managed by IQ Option directly. To delete those, contact IQ Option support at iqoption.com/en/contact-us.

06Need partial deletion instead?

If you want to keep your FX Help account but remove only a specific piece of data (for example, just your stored IQ Option credentials, while retaining your account so you can continue to receive signals), open the mobile app, go to Settings → Credentials, and tap Remove credentials. Or email us at the address above and tell us exactly what to remove.
